Receiving your purchase: We will do our best to make sure your purchase is despatched to you by the next business day. In the event that the item is temporarily out of stock and we need to order it, we will inform you promptly via email of the expected waiting time.
When your purchase has been shipped, you will receive an email with any relevant freight details for your reference.
If you have requested store pickup, we ask that you collect your purchase within 2 weeks.
If a product is out of stock or unavailable after payment has been made, we will either provide an equal or like item to be taken in lieu of the product, or will promptly refund your money.
We do not refund or exchange for change of mind, so please choose your product carefully and ask as many questions as you like. If you feel the item provided is different than described or is faulty, we will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible by exchanging, repairing or refunding your money as provided for by law.
Pianos Direct Australia reserves the right to change or alter Prices without notice to you. If you have already submitted an Order at a particular Price, we will supply your Goods at that Price (unless your Order is affected by a pricing error, in which case the order will be cancelled).

The Recommended Retail Price (RRP) is the retail value recommended by our suppliers at the time of stocking. Pianos Direct Australia often sells products at less than the RRP. Other retailers may or may not sell at the RRP.
